Teamviewer start after reboot1/6/2024 ![]() ![]() After 5 years of use my wifes Doro 6520 finally succumbed to wear and tear. The actual hindrance is SELinux: type=AVC msg=audit(1611458278. Then, reboot the phone and restart the app. start a process and have it automatically re-spawned when the target process. The error about the PID and permission denied is a red-herring. The problem im facing is that people are not cleaning up after. This was fine until maybe two updates ago. The only processor running is teamviewerservice.exe. I put a shortcut in StartUp, and it loads in the front and then vanishes. It is set to start with Windows, but does not. Verify it is running: sudo systemctl status teamviewerd When Windows 11 boots, TeamViewer will not load. I think because Silverblue’s directory tree is a bit unusual the service files don’t get installed correctly, but asking the teamviewer application to enable the daemon installs them successfully. Install teamviewer and reboot: sudo rpm-ostree install teamviewer*.rpm Start up programs start running only after logging in. I have only tested this with my computer being the guest/local, I haven’t tested the Silverblue platform as the host/remote. Then, in TeamViewer itself you go to Extras -> Options -> Start TeamViewer with Windows. For anyone needing this mix of software, this is how I got it to work for me on Silverblue 33 and Teamviewer 15.11.6. After this step is performed, TeamViewer will restart itself. ![]() Next, a pop-up window appears, where you are asked to disable start with the system. Entry in Systemd already exists, so I don’t have to manually start the service.I use Teamviewer for work but also wanted to try Silverblue.
